The product portfolio includes consumer and display packaging, customised protective packaging, heavy duty and industrial packaging.
Purpose of the job
The Customer Service Administrator belongs to the Supply Chain and Sales organisation and is in charge of the complete handling of internal and external customers. Therefore, he or she is the daily point of contact with customers, mills and points of shipments.
Process Execution role
· Execute, according to best practices, the processes within scope: Forecasting, VMI, order entry, availability check, dispatching, transport follow up, invoicing, filing, …
· Enter and maintain the reference data in the system.
Customer Service role
· Be the point of entry for all customer’s service requirements.
· Identify if the service requested is in line with the service level agreed for the customer and react according to the framework.
· Gather information from the customers according to instructions from Supply Chain Coordinator and communicate very quickly the information obtained.
· Communicate information to the customers according to the instructions from the Supply Chain Coordinator.
Continuous process improvement role
· Help mapping the current way-of-working in the different Sales Areas for the main Supply Chain processes
· Lead (as a process owner) and/or participate in the improvement of processes and the definition of Best Practices for these processes
· Actively start using improved processes as soon as available.
Back Up & Assignment
· Depending on business requirements, act as a back up of other Supply Chain Administrators for any of the tasks, whether within the same sales area or another sales area or the back office.
· Depending on business requirements, concentrate on a specific sales area, another one and/or in the back office.
Ad Hoc Projects
· Run or participate in Ad Hoc projects related to customers or to our own organization.
· Customer and service-oriented.
· Fluent in English and German, Polish, Dutch and French are assets.
· Excellent Communicative and interpersonal skills.
· Able to integrate in a multi-cultural environment.
· Flexible and interested in continuous improvement processes.
· Resistant to stress conditions.
· Analytical approach, combined with ability to translate analysis into actions.
· Able to take initiatives on a pro-active way and having sense of responsibilities and self-confidence.
· Precise, interested in numbers and systems, inclusive related working tools.
· A Bachelor degree with education in Supply Chain or;
· A Bachelor degree and working experience in a similar position, ideally in an international business-to-business environment, with a strong interest in systems.
