Internship Description

Getting thousands of different products onto the shelves of our customers in the right quantities, at the right time and with perfect quality really does present a new challenge every day! P&G’s Customer Service and Logistics organisation is there to meet this challenge: forecasting customer demand, managing the information flows from orders, shipments and invoices and owning the physical distribution process from Distribution Centre to the supermarket shelf.

We can offer you a challenging and rewarding internship/placement in a dynamic environment that will develop your skills and knowledge and prepare you for a career in Customer Service and Logistics. You will be welcomed as a member of one of our teams and will work on supply chain projects with real value and relevance to our business. You will also gain a unique insight into life at P&G and by the end of your internship/placement you will know if we have the career challenge you are looking for!

Summary of Job Responsibilities
You will be given a number of real-life supply chain projects to manage. These will be related to real issues and opportunities for our business and are designed to challenge your skills and develop a broad understanding of supply chain work. You will have the support of a P&G manager, who will prepare you for the challenges of your role through coaching on the job and structured training.

Education

We are looking for University Undergraduates in any discipline with a strong academic record.
We also want to hear about your achievements at work and in your social and voluntary activities and the skills you have developed in leading and working with others, problem solving and decision making.
You must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
In some countries, fluency in the local language is also required.
