Europhia Consulting is an international recruitment and executive search company specialised in the logistics and supply chain industry. We have offices in Singapore covering the Asia Pacific region, and in the Netherlands covering Europe.

Recruitment Trainee

The main responsibility of the Recruitment Trainee is to be part of Europhia’s recruitment processes in a trainee role. It is a great opportunity to gain international work experience in a young and dynamic company working in a fast growing industry. From the start, the trainee will be hands-on involved in recruitment processes working together with one of our recruitment consultants, which offers a great opportunity for learning and self-development.

The traineeship is for a period of 6-12 months, starting as soon as possible.

Commercial sense
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enjoys interacting with people in an international environment and being part of an international working team based in Singapore
Positive work attitude
Computer literate
Highly self-motivated and results-oriented
Independent and resourceful and able to multi-task

Education

Be a contact person with applicants and clients
Research for suitable candidates
Work on job-descriptions
Manage job advertisements on various job portals
Be the project leader of at least one project related to the personal interests of the trainee (and his/her study)
